My name is Jyoti Sharma, and I'm begging for my 14-day-old son's life. Baby Gaurav is fighting to survive in the NICU at Ruby Hospital, Chennai with fluid crushing his tiny brain. Doctors say emergency surgery is his only hope, but we need ₹4,50,000 immediately.
My husband Rishabh and I should be celebrating our first child's birth. Instead, we watch helplessly as machines breathe for him. He hasn't even opened his eyes properly yet. The doctors warn that every hour without surgery increases his risk of permanent brain damage or worse.
We've exhausted all our savings. Without this surgery, we might lose him before he takes his first breath without tubes. As first-time parents, we're shattered. We had so many dreams - his first smile, his first steps. Now we just pray to hear him cry.
